norelem assembles – 10000
The norelem product group 10000 is divided into five categories:
- Aluminium profiles
- Connectors for aluminium profiles
- Covers for aluminium profiles
- Special elements for aluminium profiles
- Classification systems
Aluminium profiles
The aluminium profiles from norelem are made of high-quality aluminium and offer high stability despite their low weight.
Due to their lightness, high stability and corrosion resistance, aluminium profiles have a wide range of applications. However, they are most frequently used in mechanical engineering and metal construction.
The aluminium profiles from norelem are available in various sizes and versions. The aluminium profiles are available with a slot width of 6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm.
You can choose from a variety of profile shapes suitable for different areas of application.
The range of aluminium profiles contains the following profile sizes:
Connectors for aluminium profiles
The large selection of connectors for mounting the aluminium profiles includes screws, assembly tools, clamping angles, straps and much more. The various connectors are an important accessory for the aluminium profiles as they allow them to be joined together effortlessly. By connecting the aluminium profiles, it is possible to build a wide range of different constructions for a variety of applications.
However, depending on the construction, some connectors are more suitable than others.
If the connection is to be assembled or disassembled frequently in the application, a flexible connection is more important than the feature of low processing effort.
In the future, time and cost savings will then come to the fore.
If the connection between aluminium profiles is to be permanent and in a fixed location, the norelem connector sets are ideal. The connector sets come in the versions Standard, Universal, Central and Automatic .
Like connector sets, angles are also used as connectors for aluminium profiles.
They ensure a stable connection between the aluminium profiles. The norelem range contains five different angles. They include, in various versions:
- Angles
- Angle sets
- Angle elements
Covers for aluminium profiles
The cover profiles from norelem can be used to protect constructions from dust and dirt. The cover profiles are available in different types and match the various aluminium profile formats in the range.
The range contains the following five covers:
The end caps are fitted by pushing them on, are suitable for avoiding cuts and prevent the ingress of dirt.
As the name suggests, the product is suitable for two different applications. Firstly as an adapter profile to hold panel elements, and secondly as protection against dust and dirt (cover profile).
The cover profile is made of PVC and protects against dirt and dust.
Used as cover protection, impact protection and guide rail.
The foot plates are used to mount rollers, levelling feet and other elements to the aluminium profiles.
Special elements for aluminium profiles
In addition to end plates, brakes and eccentric clamps, the category of special elements for aluminium profiles also includes slide rails, spacers and brakes.
The special elements make it possible to connect different aluminium profiles or create angles without having to purchase new aluminium profiles.
The following products are available in different versions:
- Roller elements
All roller elements are matched to the aluminium profiles and can therefore be mounted quickly and easily. They are available in various colours and roller sizes.
The cable clips are used to attach cables or hoses. Both versions of the cable clips can fasten cables with a diameter of up to 12 mm. The classic cable clip is available with two separate channels. The cable clip with T-slot key is available with one channel or two separate channels.
Profile sliders enable low-wear linear movement of aluminium profiles. The profile slider with clamping lever additionally enables clamping of the carriage system.
Classification systems
In addition to its range of aluminium profile systems, norelem also offers classification systems .
The classification systems are useful for organising the construction.
The plastic adapters for profile slots allow bins to be clipped onto the aluminium profiles, into the profile slots or into the clip-in profiles without significant assembly work.
The classification systems make it possible to sort and neatly store small parts such as screws, T-slots or nuts. Classification systems can also save space and reduce assembly time.
