norelem Normelemente GmbH & Co. KG has been awarded the title ‘Fair Company 2025’ as one of Germany's fairest employers. The award is based on a ranking by the Fair Company Initiative, verified by Handelsblatt and the Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE) in Ludwigshafen.
The company impresses with fair working conditions, targeted support and development opportunities, and a value-oriented corporate culture. Responsibility, dynamism and fairness form the foundation – regularly coordinated with employees as part of the ‘Strategy and Values Dialogues’.
The award is one of the largest employer initiatives in the country and is aimed in particular at the expectations of younger generations such as Y and Z. norelem sees this as an important step towards securing the future and attracting young talent.
