				Description
							Material

								Worm screw steel.
Worm wheel CuZn37Mn3Al2PbSi-S40.
					Worm wheel CuZn37Mn3Al2PbSi-S40.
							Version

Worm screw with right-hand pitch, case-hardened HV 620 – 700, flanks and hole ground.

							Note for ordering

Wheels/screws can only be combined to form a worm gear if they have the same centre distance and transmission ratio.

							Note

A worm gear set consists of a worm screw and the worm wheel. Suitable for constructing worm gears with an axis angle of 90°. With a worm gear drive, very high slow ratios can be realised with just one stage.

The toothing has a K flank form. The engagement angle is 15°. The worm gear sets are pre-drilled.

The specified output torques T2 are permissible output torques on the worm wheel. These apply for an input speed of 2,800 rpm for the worm screw.

Worm gear set 22500-351002 / 22500-352002 is only available with polished (smoothed) worm profile, engagement angle 20° and wheel with helical gearing.
