Pneumatic drives

Electric drives

The electric drives in the norelem product portfolio are designed for various applications in automation technology. These drives combine high precision, efficiency and flexibility.

Here are some of the key categories and products in the electric drives section:

- Electromechanical drives for linear movements as electric cylinders
-Spindle shafts
-Toothed belt shafts or carriages
- Rotary modules/rotary drives for rotary movements

The movement for all drives is generated by electrical energy instead of the familiar pneumatic energy source.

Vacuum technology

The new vacuum technology programme includes the new vacuum generators and vacuum cups.

The vacuum generators are designed as ejectors (single or multi-stage) with or without additional valves or pressure switches.

Vacuum cups are available with or without holder. You have the choice between different suction cup materials, e.g. NBR, silicone or polyurethane (TPE-U), which can be chosen to suit the application.

In addition to the main products, accessories such as equalising elements, vacuum filters, vacuum suction valves and vacuum gauges round off the range.

Grippers

The new range of grippers are divided into pneumatic and electric grippers for diverse applications.

The mechanical grippers are differentiated by the gripping principle. There are bellows grippers which grip by deforming an elastic bellows, parallel grippers whose gripping movement is performed by fingers moving in parallel, three-point grippers which centre the gripped item during gripping, and angular or radial grippers which hold the gripped item by a pivoting movement of the gripper fingers.

By far the most commonly used gripper type due to its simple geometry is the parallel gripper.
